I have changed my eating habits from being a pig to eating moderately...
My biggest meal is lunch..after that I rarely get hungry. If I do I eat popcorn or fruit. For breakfast I have a soy chai, and some type of fruit. ^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^

i eat a tiny breakfast a bigger lunch and an even bigger dinner...beyond that I snack when I feel so moved...
the bad thing is my dinnertime always tends to be very late, so I often eat and then go to bed within an hour...that's bad... one thing always is true tho, if I pass a Taco Bell, I stop...I just can't resist 7 layer Nachos... | |
