I am not arguing here, just wondering, on what basis could you sue? What would the damages be? Maybe a refund of the money you had spent there? But I have been in a situation like that. My cousin has a cognitive disorder and he ordered spaghetti. He got macaroni with tomato sauce. He threw a FIT. A huge pasta throwing 'someone call 911' fit. We got kicked out! The cops show up. They tried to make us pay for the food we had ordered. In the end we all got an apology and free meals (they even got some actual spaghetti for my cousin). *it is a good day when you go from ordering a $4 hamburger to a $17 rack of baby back ribs! It's hard to put it in something you plan to eat, even when you know the results will be good. My Legacy
