Something good for runny and stuffy nose and maybe sneezing. There are so many products it's hard to choose. I want something very strong.

Nyquil isnt good for day use (try dayquil) but i do see they are making one that makes you less drowsy... If im sick tho I want it to knock me out!

As far as allergies, Benadryl has always been my choice... Ive tried all the ones you used to have to get prescriptions for and they always left me feeling like I was just on the verge of a sneeze...I HATE that feeling! lol...

I think the medical recommendation is for separate products rather than an all in one which gives you medication you may not need.
Do you need cold medicine?

In my experience, when the linings of my nasal passages dry out (being indoors all day with the heat on, in an air conditioned office all day) I get symptoms that resemble a stuffy congested nose. The cure is to simply wash my hands thoroughly, make sure I don't have any sharp edged nails, wet my hands, tilt my head back and drop a few drops of water into my nostrils. Relief within the hour.

That's become my first response rather than medication. Unless I know I have a fever or other symptoms. But I will still use the water in my nostrils because it helps even when I'm sick.

That being said, go for a supermarket generic. Check the ingredients. The order of the ingredients is by their percentage in the product. Supermarket brands are usually prepared and packaged in the same facility as brand name products.
So if the ingredient list is the same, buy the generic.

And remember what SUPRMAN said, always go for generic as long as the ingredients are the same. You'll pay a couple of bucks less that would only go to fancy packaging and marketing.

lil wayne say Vicks 44D... um i'ma vote Nyquil with a shot of hennessy...

Some of that sniffing, sneezing, knock it back so you can get a buzz medicine. It may not clear anything up, but you won't care anymore.
