Can you tell me how to get, how to get to Sesame Street... This Tuesday, Sesame Street will celebrate its 40th anniversary. I hadn't given the Street much thought since becoming an adult, but when I saw some things about its 40th year on air, I suddenly found myself getting nostalgic. Now I'm totally wrapped up in Sesame Street memories, thinking of how I used to watch it in my parents' living room before heading off to afternoon kindergarten, how my sister and I used to quote from it, and all the characters I used to love on that show.
Let's hear it for Sesame Street! Some random Sesame Street facts: The show has been translated all over the world and is now regularly seen on every continent except Antarctica. The show was originally banned in Mississippi, because the state felt its viewers weren't ready for the integrated cast. (They changed their mind later, though.) It's won more Emmys than any other TV show in history.

One of my favorite shows. I still watch classic Sesame Street clips on YouTube all the time. " I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! I´m always funny dude...I´m hilarious! Are we gonna smoke?"
