So, because I don't have a driver's license yet (I've failed that damn driving test twice all because I can't straight-end park without bumping into the cones), I'm having to take the bus to and from college.

Well, this lady bus driver that transports me to school in the mornings has screwed me over twice now. The first time, she held up the whole damn bus for 15 MINUTES at the terminal all because this dumb broad didn't know what bus to take and she had to sit there and talk to her. Well, bitch, THAT'S NOT OUR FUCKING PROBLEM, it's yours. We have places to be and if you don't have a telephone nor a computer that will provide you with bus and route information, tough tits. So all because of this ignorant woman, the bus route was changed at the last minute (unbeknownst to me because Lady Bus Driver didn't make it clear) and she detoured my stop.

Then, this morning, after I boarded the bus and Lady Bus Driver didn't say a single word before we took off... nothing about any kind of deviation from the usual route... she goes through the college area AND FLIES RIGHT BY THE BUS STOP WHERE I HAVE TO GET OFF. So I yell out, "Are you passing the college?" (as in, "Are you just going to pass by it and keep going?") But she misunderstood me and thought that I didn't know what and where the college was, so she replies, "This IS the college!" So I clarify and yell, "I know! Aren't you going to stop?!" So she abruptly stops and she, along with two or three bus passengers say to me, "You do this every morning!!" (I had missed my stop not just once but twice before.) I get off the bus, embarrassed as all fucking get out and started to cry.

This dumb bitch of a driver needs to be fired. HER BUS ROUTE IS SPECIFICALLY TAILORED FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS, AND YET IT IS THE ONLY STOP SHE UNPREDICTABLY FUCKS AROUND WITH CONSTANTLY.

You CAN complain about her to the bus company, don't know how much good it will do.

Be thankful you have a means of transportation to get around.

Contact the bus company and explain your problem.

Pass your driving test no matter what. I finally passed after years of just not bothering and I'd rather gouge my eyes out than get back on a bus in my day to day routine.

stop making excuses and get your driver's license. simple as that. I had trouble getting mine at first but I still got my license when I was 16.

when i lived a little out of the way, the buses didnt have signals, heck, there werent even bus stops..just generally know drop off points.

there are new clean, green buses in our area now...but heaven help you if you have to sit up the back, you have to stand to press the stop button...they are placed near the damn ceiling..(well, they may as well be).
try doing that on a packed moving bus with hands full of groceries

Good luck squiddryen with getting your licence, but in the mean time, try being nice to the driver, ask politely if there are any route changes when you get on the bus, and if there isnt any stop signals, tell the driver when you get on where you need to get off.

Then, the more times she sees you get off at your stop, she'll start to associate you with the college. Take some personal responsibility for your life.
