I never make them. If I wanna make changes in my life I do it there and then and don't feel the need to wait or be coerced to make them at the start of a New Year...That is when they are more likely to be broken... | |

amen...been saying the same for years...question is do i really believe it or am i weak cause i could never keep the 'resolution' going???  you're only as old as you feel..............so how old do i feel

amen...been saying the same for years...question is do i really believe it or am i weak cause i could never keep the 'resolution' going??? What does it matter? You do what you want for yourself. New Years Resolutions, to the majority, is their way of shouting out 'Hey! Look at me, I am giving up Drinking/Smoking/I am detoxing!!' etc etc when you know that in a couple of months they are gonna be back to their old ways again... Dont get me wrong, if it does work for some people, then great but usually that is the smallest of minorities, so I say it is all Bullshit! | |
