I really dig these type of shows ao I'll be watching.
The 1st show was good.

Goofy premiere, but I'll stick w/ it for now...

Moved too fast for me. No character development. Exposed way too much of the storyline upfront. Absolutely no suspsense or mystery.

Morena Baccarin played her role decently as Anna. Kind of cool and sinister. It will be interesting to see where they go with it, considering how much they've already unveiled in the first episode.

Overall, disappointed but holding out for possible improvement. Maybe they're going more political allegory and less flat out sci-fi action adventure.

That's why they replaced one of the main producer of the show. The editing and pace of the show was just all wrong. I don't know if they are going 2 get that fixed. I think they only ordered 9 shows.

It's hard to have a mystery if you watched the first V, we all pretty much know what the storyline is going to be. The Aliens are not friendly, they want all of Earth's resources (including the people) because their planet is dying. They are really reptiles underneath their fake human appearance. There will be a human resistance movement against the Vistors. There are friendly Vistors who side with the humans. There are humans that side with the Aliens. I think my only problem was that I didn't really believe the older Priest would be so accepting of the Aliens. I'm sure the writers will throw in some new twist and turns down the road.

I thought the new V was kind of fun, but suffered from some cheesy writing. Like if aliens really landed on earth, wouldn't someone, most likely American, take a gunshot at them?

The actor who played Anna was a good choice for the role of the Alien Leader. Just the right amount of sex appeal and sinister intent behind it all.

Let's not judge after just 1 episode. Remember the first show or two of a new series is all about setup, and explanation. Even though FlashForward is good, the first couple of shows was all about explaining the ins and outs of whatever.

I watched week 2 and the series officially blows chunks!
The original was much better. I thought week 2 might be an improvement but no dice. I heard that the original producer for ther first 4 episodes was fired and that the second series of 4 episodes(to be aired in a few months), should be better. One can only hope.

My wife watched and likes the old V. And probably the new V, she'll like it too!

I've never watched the old V, or the new V. Just the normal TV.


These guys are probably more my viewing style anyway.

Has this been scheduled yet? I couldn't find it. We have Heroes And Flash Forward updated so I figured we should have this too.....

That kind of pissed me off because it means she died on 'Lost' in the season finale. I was finally accepting juliet and Sawyer being together and that last scene with them was heart breaking.
