Just letting off some steam

Today as I was driving down Parramatta Road (Congested Sydney Road) this idiot on the phone suddenly took two lanes, I swerved into the gutter avoiding an accident but at the same time damaged the alloys on my car

I got his number plate and at the lights wound my window down and told him that he pushed me onto the gutter. He just ignored me and drove off.

So I called the insurance company and told them what had happened.
According to them the damage on my car is my fault as I should have let him hit me, that way I’d be covered. eek

Are they serious?
We’re talking about promoting accidents here
They said I’m better off having an accident than damaging my car to avoid one eek

They must have a book of dumb excuses!

child, sad but true, they do that. it's just like when you try to get a restraining order on someone but the police say you can't unless the person actually does something to you first.....what!!! So you mean to tell me that you have to "let" accidents and bad things happen until you get some action???!!!! disbelief
I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.
