There's a lovely wool trenchcoat at Target right now: http://www.target.com/Mer...tailbutton It's almost like a military coat, but without chest pockets or epilettes. Not as short as a peacoat. I wouldn't wear a peacoat with a snood if you're under six feet tall, because it'll just make you look very short and top-heavy.
