Yes the first Holiday at this house. Last year we moved down from Philly and were in that house we couldn't stand so I only put up one small tree. It's gonna be Bergdorf MF Goodman up in here!! I went as MJ, loosely based on the "Black or White" era (even though the hair is definitely from the 2000's; this is wearing the officially licensed MJ wig, too!). Going as MJ was a BLAST!!!!! We went to 2 bars and people started flipping out at both! They treated me as if I were actually MJ himself! LMAO. It didn't hurt that I was staying in character the whole time. I took pictures with about 15 strangers. Both bars started playing MJ immediately as I walked through the door. The 2nd bar we went to was really busy and I was doing impromptu MJ dance moves out in the street before we went inside so when I got inside people had already spotted me coming and pounced on me as soon as I walked in. It was ridiculous!! As soon as I walked in the door, they started playing "Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'" and I had a line of like 10 girls wanting to take a pic with "MJ." It was a surreal experience! Unlike anything I've ever done before. I loved it, though (obviously every minute, lol).
