Sprint. Say 100m. I raced our dog down the street the other day and was surprised to find I've still got it. lol

ooh, i think i could have you on that one, mate. of course, you do dwarf me in height. if you get the Usain Bolt-style long strides going, you might beat my midget speed. and you're younger than i am as well...

Yeah, the long legs definitely help. I wonder what I could run these days though. I ran 11.7 for the hundred when I was 14, but they canceled athletics at our school and I was too shy to stick at the local club I briefly went to. I'm not nearly as fit as I was as a kid running around all day with all that effortless energy kids have, but I'm now a grown man. I imagine I'd be about the same now as back then.

One thing I love is running barefoot on wet sand. It's so springy, you feel like you're just bounding along. smile

I'm fairly fit, but I am emphatically not a runner.

I'm built for comfort, not speed. cool
We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

If i'm walking its cool, but don't do running and sports... my balance leaves a lot to be desired!
JaneyPoos used to be it... then they changed what it was. Now what I am isn't it and what is it is strange and frightening to me...

Right! 'Wow' would be running round the block to get away from the police after having sex with a Brazilian girl. nod
