I thought I read someplace that your hair was thinning, oh well. lol

Did you not hear, long hair is for girls. Trends come and go, grungy ok, still a grungy girl. You will always look back and think "what was I thinking" when you grow up.

That's ur opinion but I'm entitled to my own thanks.

Yes you are.

If you are loosing hair go short RIGHT NOW!!!!!

Long hair mixed with balding hair is the ugliest thing that is on the face of the earth. barf This leads to the combover and a host of other disgusting things.

I'm loosing hair just when I comb them, but I have thin hair (mainly on top portion of my head). So I guess it's not that bad.. If I would have some bald spot - I'd definitely cut my hair short.

That will not help your hair grow faster or thicker. It's a myth. Hair is not a plant that can be pruned to bloom more next time. Sorry, it just doesn't work that way. I shave every couple of days, and I still can't grow a full beard or go-t, and I'm 41. It's genetic, not external.

Yeah, just an old wives tale, no truth to it. Any stylist worth their salt knows that. In cosmetology school, you learn a lot of science and biology type stuff as well, and that is one thing that is always addressed. It's like saying if you cut 1/2 of skin off the soles of your feet that you'd grow more or faster.

People think their hair grows fast after a cut because....well, it's shorter to begin with after a cut. When us men get a cut above the ear, or a buzz cut, as soon as hair starts to touch the ear or grow out naturally, we notice it straightaway; whereas women with long hair don't notice growth as quickly because it's already long.

Most people's hair grows about 1/2 inch per month. Of course there are some whose hair grows a lot faster than that, and some who are a lost slower. Good diet can aid in good hair and nail growth, but your hair's texture and growth pattern are pretty much set for life. (I've also found that a lot of people think their hair is "fine" or "baby fine", and in fact, it's just normal. Baby fine hair is very rare, and very hard to deal with.)

Facial hair is tricky. I have a tiny bit of Native American in my blood line (I bet if I dug around, I could get in on the casino action in Oklahoma, but that's another show) and it proves to make my beard growing near impossible. It's patchy, and never as full as I'd like it to be. I can barely pull off a go-t sometimes (which disappears on my face because there's so much red/blond/gray in it, opposed to be dark like the hair on my head). You know how some guy's hair on their head lines up with their side burns and facial hair? Kind of creates a consistent look? I don't even have that. My Head hair and Face hair are very different textures, so I have to keep my sideburns trimmed to the middle of my ear, not near the hear lobe as I'd like.

Someone once said your hair patterns are usually the same as your mother's father, but I am not sure if that's correct. I don't think mine are the same as my grandpa's was. Either way.....your shaving, while keeping your clean, won't effect your hair on your chinny chin chin. hehe Besides, you have beautiful eyes, don't grow hair to detract from that.

As long as you can grow long hair, I say grow long hair.

Some guys don't always have hair forever, you know.

Shorter than short - a buzz cut.
