What does this mean?

That's 3 times now in about the last 3 or 4 months I've been out and had women come up to me and say 'your wife is too pretty for you' falloff

Who does that? lol Does it simply mean I'm not very attractive, or can I find comfort in there being a compliment buried in there suggesting I have some kind of mojo? Is it good that with my apparent lack of aesthetic qualities I have been able to attract someone attractive? Does it mean I need to shape up so I can feel worthy?

Should I feel good or bad? lol

She's not all that anyway. rolleyes

I understand this is a very self-absorbed thread. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated though.

Next time answer, "And I'm too pretty for you".

That will shut them bitches up.

Or punch them in the mouth.

Either or...

I should've done that, shouldn't I. How about this for next time:

"You're not too pretty for anyone. How unfortunate." smile

Should I feel insecure? lol

People do say mean things to me sometimes. I wonder if I somehow deserve it or invite it.

A friend of mine invited me over to his house to hang out with him and his new wife (now ex-wife). I knocked on the door and they let me in and as I came in my friend said something about my shorts like "you're wearing those white shorts again". I thought, 'they were beige, but they faded, but that doesn't seem important right now' and asked "what's wrong with them?". We all sat down on the sofa and out of nowhere his wife says "look like somebody who take drug". I got up from the sofa, put my flip-flops on and walked off down the street. I got in a taxi and went home. falloff

I'd been in their house for literally less than one minute. Probably 30 seconds. lol

I was wondering if it was to do with the nastiness and derisory behaviour some western women sometimes show in Thailand towards Thai women and western men who have Thai wives or girlfriends.

Also, I remember sitting out front of Khao San Center having a few beers and some old friends of Mon's sitting down to join in. One of them, a Thai girl, said something to me like "You very serious. Not look good. Look old" falloff

I said "thanks!". lol

People should stop being mean to me. sad

lol Not all, but some do. I think much of it is the language though. Maybe she wanted to go on to say that conversely when I smiled it lit up the whole table. She didn't though. neutral

Yep. I actually like that sometimes though, I must admit. I started doing it myself about 3 or 4 months ago. Usually not to insult people though, it should be said, but to say nice, honest things.

Mon's the worst though, just ask Aksel. We were hanging out on the balcony with him and a friend of his at a bar in Bangkok, getting really quite drunk and taking pics of ourselves. There were other people out there, smoking and chatting relatively quietly. Mon comes bounding through the door, kisses Aksel on the cheek and proclaims "I'm a slut!" falloff I could've died. It's like she was joining in with the messing about and had seen too much of stuff here on the org and didn't realise that may not be the best thing to say. lol Bless.
