so....same shit different day with the constant drama and people not doing their jobs properly, which is very frustrating to me. My boss told me a month ago that she and my other boss were going to "chat" with me, whic kept getting delayed over and over. Finally I just cornered one boss today and laid it out. It wasn't like he didn't know this stuff was going on and that it was frustrating but it was truly irking me like was I going to be fired and having people smiling in my face and talking shit behind my back just never sits right with me. I'm an in your face honest type. Plus I've been working hard. Plus having my pay getting fucked with and then seeing a new person come in, knowing they are getting paid more with less experience and shit. I was really poilte but I typed out reams of concerns and I cleared my conscience but good.

So I may not have a job soon, but at least I did speak up for myself. We actually had a good chat, but my one boss has no balls and he is the other boss' bitch (even though technically he is the top person in charge ) That's fine for him but me, I ain't nobody bitch, and i am tired of working my ass off and having people act the fool around me and not doing their jobs....it's a few but it is irksome! But anyway I know the other boss will be upset and all but oh well. She has been getting on my nerves with her contribution to the drama and the bullshit and not fixing the problems and playing favorites.

I also made nice with the person who yelled at me for supposedly yelling at her. I guess today was clear the air day for me I just had to try and express myself, because I always get the brunt of it and I am sick and tired of it. In fact I am still plotting my career move and I will be out of there pretty soon because it's just too stagnant anyway. There's no growth potential and that is not worth the bs either. I'm really unmotivated to keep working so hard for no rewards and feeling miserable daily. Especially when I could get a job paying 3 x as much money and all I need is some minimal extra schooling. Bad enough to try to fuck with me mentally but these fuckers are messing with my money that's not going to put me in a good mood either.

I don't truly want to leave my job but I really can't stay and continue to get fucked over with pay and killing myself from stressing over petty drama. I've been in it for almost 10 years, and they decreased my salary to base pay inexperienced type, that's some bullshit! Cheap fuckers.

Plus with the kid I have way too much stress dealing with him, plus I need to be making good money to pay all these day cares, and private school, and what not.

I already have student loans I need to pay so I need to be making duckets. I already paid off my car and other little loans, so I am doing much better debt wise but I still don't have my own house and savings are slim. I need to step it up!
