Tell me about it...I tried for almost 2 days...then I felt an awful hunger pain in my stomach.

I used to fast weekly. It was a religious thing. I always set aside one day to fast, and pray all day, off and on.

Here are some rules for fasting, whether it's a day or longer:

ALWAYS DRINK WATER. You have to be logical about it, and whether it's religious or not, God understands.

Not intentionally. Once when I was going through a very deep depression,I did'nt eat anything for 4-5 days. I am sure I could probably fast,but I doubt I could do a week long fasting.
