would you attend? what would you bring? would you insist the coworker gets counseling? hmm

i just wouldn't go. I'd let that be my statement on the situation. Not going is kind of not cool...but U cant support this kind of stuff. DOn't say nothing mean, just don't go. That kind of stuff is inappropriate. Unless U were close with the coworkers mother. People need to learn to let go. Greif is good but going overboard is being selfish. When someone dies, as long as U can think about them and remember them, they never really truly die. But posthumous birthdays are not the way to go. Separation anxiety is a terrible thing.

u ain't talkin to me....I'm an Atheist.

I celebrate the human gift of being able to give. The implied idea that U'll get back strengthens trust and makes for bigger/stronger bonds between individuals and families.
