Best exercise to recover from broken fingers I recently broke a couple of fingers on my left hand playing soccer. What's the best way to get them back to working normality after physiotherapy? Any ideas? There's Joy In Expatriation.

There might be something in Tai Chi to help. I'll need to look it up.

Isn't physical therapy supposed to get them back to working normally?

Isn't physical therapy supposed to get them back to working normally? Not quite yet, it's getting easier day by day. I guess I will just have to play the waiting game. There's Joy In Expatriation.

I had nerve damage in my leg that caused ankle and foot weakness and the physical therapy helped a lot. It got me back to normal quite quickly. I broke my hand about 7 years ago and it did take quite a long time for it to feel normal again. It didn't hurt after the normal healing period, but it felt weak. It seemed as if it would get easily broken again. I do think it just takes time. I will say though that it still doesn't feel 100%.
