this is the message in device manager;

Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

ive tried uninstalling the device and searching for drivers it claims to have the most recent drivers installed.

I just got the laptop last week so it is still under warranty incase I have to take it back.

any ideas anyone?

have you tried turning it off and then back on?

20. Confirm with an OK.
21. Click the "X" in the upper right hand corner of the Registry Editor window to close it.



Restart your Computer in order for the registry - fix to work.
