BIZAR! Baby gets dragged by train but survived

It's in Dutch, I was just watching the news and saw this.

http://www.nuvideo.nl/opm...trein.html

Australia: A mother is standing with her 6 month old baby in a baby buggy on a train platform when suddenly the buggy rolls off the edge on to the tracks. At the same moment a train arrives and drags the baby at least 99 feet further.
The baby only has a cut in it's forehead....

Angels exist... my stomache turned when I saw the train coming close and the mother was standing with her hands to her head. I don't want to know what she felt at that moment or the people around her..

It looks so surreal.

I saw that this morning and I was horrified but that's amazing that the child lived. I ride the subway everyday and I hope I never see someone fall on the tracks, especially if the train is coming.

cool

I like how everyone reacted.
Like they were explaining how to operate a newly installed dishwasher or operate the automatic open and close mechanism on the trunk of a new car.

I've been on the train 3 times during 2 successful suicides and one attempt. One time not realizing why the train came to a stop and when I looked outside to the ground where the cops were shining a light, which was directly below where I was sitting, I saw a headless body with one arm and one leg sad

OMG! Recently, when I was going to my chiropractor from work, my subway line was shut down in my neighborhood, so I had to take a bus to the west side subway lines. I found out a few days later that a kid was with his parents playing around while waiting for the subway by my job when we lost his balance and fell to the tracks as the train was coming in with the parents watching it happen. Apparently they were towards the back of the platform with the train coming in at full speed. I hate hearing stories like that.

it's awful and to hear that it was a kid disbelief
When I'm on a platform of a train station or a subway, I'm really annoying, also to others, telling my kid a hundred times to step away from the edge, even pulling him by his clothes like a rabbit but it's my worst nightmare that because I didn't watch out my kid can fall on the tracks and die.

Apparently the child wasn't in the pram, but was hiding in the attic.

That's what I heard. nod

lol maybe there was a doll in the buggy. She did let the buggy roll over the edge while she quietly was pulling up her pants hmmm

That's why I said it looked surreal.

Why the hell would they do that?
A train is loud enough to HEAR it comin.
Not gonna risk fallin on the tracks just to SEE if the train's comin when I can HEAR it comin confused doh!
I swear the words "HATER" is wayyy over-rated...smh

Yah this happened half an hour from my place, very scary! Depending on beliefs whether it was divine intervention or just pure luck it's amazing the baby was unharmed.

lol.

but seriously, the poor mum keeps having flashbacks...according to the news.

i get chills everytime i see it on the news or in the papers.

luckily the baby was strapped in the pram...that and the drivers keep reactions probably saved its life.
seems that i was busy doing something close to nothing, but different than the day before music beret
