Will you get the smallpox vaccine when it is offered to the public? Would you want your family to get the vaccine also?
Keep in mind that the vaccine itself may be fatal for SOME people (supposedly a low number of people).   ~~~~~~~~~~~

Absolutely not! I don't get the flu shot and I wouldn't get that.
The school required that my son get the chickenpox vaccine and he broke out with them terribly! That would be too much of a risk for me. | |

I'd get it.
And as for the fatal for some...Every vaccine is fatal for some people. A vaccine gives you the disease, and your body fights it off. That's the point. When one's body can't fight it off, well, you croak! Some people die from tetanus shots, and I went and got one of those! Though I puked afterward, and stuff. I hate needles, I was terrified. I took a book along to read whilst I was in "the chair" and they vaccinated me. Had I not kept my mind occupied, I would've been a lot harder for them to poke with a needle. I always get all scared and tell them, "No, no, wait..."  -------

Don't know about the small pox vaccine, but I have had a flu shot every year for the past 6 years and I never get sick. I may get a little cold, but I never get the flu. | |

I can't ever get it because I have eczema. It's a dry skin condition on my hands. Yuck yuck. But I don't think I'd want it anyway, with my luck I wouldn't be able to build up a tolerance and I'd die from it! | |
