My mother gave me a Wii for my birthday last week and I've been having fun ever since! A lot of friends and family who already have the game told me that Wii Fit was a must purchase. I bought it Friday with the rest of my birthday proceeds and can't wait to open it up for some exercising fun. I was just wondering if there were any orgers who swear by this game too. Did any of you lose weight by using it on a daily basis along with a healthy diet?

A friend of mine played the boxing game and did his shoulder in and had to have an operation on it as well as taking tree months off work.

I have been using Wii fit for over a year now and when I was initially getting into an exercise routine it worked wonders for me. But now that my exercise habits have increased it isn't as helpful. I use it more for a cool down now if anything. Still a great thing to have
