Eye-Fi - Wi-Fi SD Cards

Does anybody know if these are easy to use?

It just seems like it's too good to be true. It looks like a regular SD card for your digital camera but has a Wi-Fi transmitter inside, so you can send your photos to any other Wi-Fi device wirelessly.
