I knew him in Australia, actually. I was his guide at Jewish youth group camps (we were actualy in different youth groups) and tuaght him scripture a few times when he was in high school (my brother was his regular teacher, but I replaced him)! I knew him quite well and we always got on really well. he was already very talented and we talked a lot about music, but I can't remember the details.
