Uhm okay. Not sure about Dan's case and his case wouldn't necessarily seem to apply for it, but in case somebody has experienced something similar I'll just add this, so you won't feel overtly confused about a "second hole":

The structure of the male genitalia is quite different during the first months of development, and the male and female genitalia are also indistinguishable in the beginning of the embryonic stage. In some cases the second end doesn't completely shut off during pregnancy (no it's not the same as the vaginal opening per se, but they shape up from the same material). If it didn't grow shut it will be tighter - the opening itself might not be even visible to the eye - and urine / sperm might not necessarily seep through it unless there's something generating more pressure inside the urethra itself This seems to be far more common with prematurely born boys for example (it's a rather high percentage in itself). In general, the genital area is a rather "underdeveloped" region as far as the entire organism is considered, so many of the problems during pregnancy tend to leave their mark there. There's a great amount of variation to be found among both males and females in that respect, yet it's not something that is necessarily taught in schools.

Anyhoo...it seems normal to me...just some dried up jizz blocking the exit.
