Usually 6 to 7 hours a night, is a good enough for me from Monday - Friday. On the weekends, I don't like sleeping past 8 am. I'm pretty much a morning person, so I like getting up early during the weekends.

8 hours at night plus approximately an hour long nap in the afternoon.
