Little Harlow is a big sister! Nicole Ritchie was admitted to the hosptial last night to give birth to her second child with Joel Madden. Their son Sparrow was born early this morning.

Nicole Richie's website posted the following:

"In the middle of night, the very early hours of September 9, 2009 Sparrow James Midnight Madden was born to Nicole Richie and Joel Madden.

He weighs 7lbs 14oz. Nicole, Joel, Harlow and Sparrow are all doing well. Thank you for all of your good wishes."

My friend just had a baby last week and named her Estelle Sparrow. She was thinking about using Sparrow for her first name, but then no one liked it except me. I like it. But maybe for a girl though.

My other friend has a son named Raven. I guess bird names are popular these days.

It's amazing to me how druggies can make babies at the drop of a hat. All that heroin, cocaine, meth, alchohol and pot did absolutely nothing to her reproductive system nor his drinking and drugging did anything to his ability to get it up and blow it. But uh...there is still a chance her kids will both be mentally challenged or have a predisposition to drug abuse.
