Why do you feel it is next to impossible to lose two pounds in a day unless you starve youself? It can be done and the formula is rather simple: Burn more calories than you digest.


Boxers can drop that 3 to 5 pounds in hours. Then put on up to twenty pounds on the next day. You can control your body but it takes alot of effort.

Exactly! It does take effort! I lost 6 pounds in the past week and a couple of inches here and there... but it took eating right and exercising.

When my dad boxed I remember him having to put on a few pounds to make the weight and he had to do so in a 24 hour period at times. Sometimes it seemed like the scale would never go up for him... lol.

You can do anything you set your mind to, I think.
