4LOVE	I haven't weighed under 170lbs in almost 15 years.I weighed i 150lbs when i graduated from high school.I now weigh 205lbs

nesseone	I gained all my holiday weight on my ass...I'm 5'1 and 125 lbs and the majority of it is in my ass...I need to lose 10lbs fast. I've been going to the Gym everyday for the past 2 weeks...and my ass looks the same...SOMEONE say they gained 5 lbs and can lose it in 2 days? What the hell are you complaining about?

He has a high metabolism.If i didn't work out i would weigh about 160lbs at six feet.I eat anything i want.My father only weighs 150lbs at 5'11 so it runs in our family.My son is scrawny just like i was when i was his age.

Why do you feel it is next to impossible to lose two pounds in a day unless you starve youself? It can be done and the formula is rather simple: Burn more calories than you digest.
