Any good red potato recipes?

no potato salads..just want to bake them in the oven...need something tasty....

I have RED potatoes

those ones are the ones I usually get because they seem to be cheaper hmmm I do all the potatoey things to them! They are good baked, mashed, steamed, whatever you like!

Just cut them up, toss them with some olive oil, salt and pepper, and roast at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. shrug

I'll cut them up ~ toss them in olive oil, fresh ground pepper, a touch of sea salt and some minced fresh picked rosemary. Then bake them til they crisp on and brown on the edges

I am baking oatmeal cookines right now and in a bit a big ole fresh apple crisp eek
