Just cut them up, toss them with some olive oil, salt and pepper, and roast at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves. | |

I'll cut them up ~ toss them in olive oil, fresh ground pepper, a touch of sea salt and some minced fresh picked rosemary. Then bake them til they crisp on and brown on the edges | |
