I'm Recovering From A Freaking Cold Sneezing is gone already
Sweated it out last night All I got to get rid of now is a stuffy nose with runny boogers and this hacking cough which produces the gicky phlem stuff. I feel I could cough my brains out at times   - It's not green so that's a good sign of no bronchitis infection so far.

I am in the same boat! tuesday was my worst day....now im just stuffed up & sore throat. this is the first time in 6 yrs that ive been sick....
Try taking mega doses of vitamin C & zinc.  | |
