They showed her a cell phone video of the festivities and she recanted.
Apparently it was All consentual. Don't think they should charge her but make her identity Public!

If she's a manipulative lying C, she should be punished WITH THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW.

plus one of the guys was recording on his cell phone...serves him right....no sympathy for me....even though it was proof...it was consensual.

I never understand why men choose to put themselves in such situations with trampy women. You have the possiblity of being charged with rape, getting charged with fathering a child, or catching some disease because of the double, triple and quadruple dipping with your homeboys. I think it's terrible that they got arrested but at the same time there is a lesson to be learned. No group sex with Hos. Period. It aint worth it.
Even if they showed her a vid of her going along with it she could have easily said she was drunk or some shit. These guys are lucky to be free but dumb as fuck.

These guys could have been put away for up to 25 years on first-degree rape charges alone. And they'd likely have faced additional charges given the specific scenario this chick concocted. That's a mockery to all defendants falsely accused and to actual rape victims.

I'm not versed enough in New York law to say what they should whip on this chick, but she I'd think she definitely has earned some tough criminal charge on top of the onslaught of civil suits she stands to face. What dumb choices she's made.

I just don't get what a person lies about this for??? What do they get out of it?? I mean if the accused did get put away could you imagine the weight on your conscience of knowing you put an innocent man away?!?!
