MY HOW THEY GROW I just found out that my 10 year old nephew now wears his hair 'EMO' and wants to be Billie Joe Armstrong from Greenday. I still remember having to bump Barney sing-along CDs in my car for him and his brother. Where does the time go? Life is so damned short.

shit Believe it or not, it never crossed my mind it could be about that other stuff. Especially coming from YOU! But, yes, it does go by so fast. I remember my cousins being babies. Picking them up from daycare and shit. Now one's a grown ass man breakin hearts and one's a young woman with court dates and a restraining order.

Ex-Moderator | My 19-year-old niece has dyed her hair black. Last time I saw her she was wearing sparkly blue eyeshadow. I think she's freakin' adorable.
She asked me for a Green Day CD for Xmas a few years ago and I got to tell her the story of how I saw them at First Ave for free when I was 18, more than 10 years before. Back when they were actually still a punk band. . |

My oldest niece turned 15 this year, and I'm still thinking of her in pigtails and listening to Barnie tapes in the car. I took the day off to drive the kids to school for their first day. My oldest son is now in 6th grade, his last year in Middle School Damn I'm an old f*ck! By St. Boogar and all the saints at the backside door of Purgatory!

A lot of my little cousins went from being 7 years old to 20 years old. I don't know how the hell that happened.
They're all great kids. I love 'em to death. MyeternalgrattitudetoPhil&Val.Herman said "We want sweaty truckers at the truck stop! We want cigar puffing men that look like they wanna beat the living daylights out of us" Val"sporking is spooning with benefits"

We were looking at pictures of our kids this weekend.
We could not believe how quickly our 14-year-old boy went from looking like a child to looking like a man.
