Kanye West Throws Crazy Fit Over Chicken

So, things are still rolling on the ham sandwich crazy train on Kanye West “Stroke My Ego or I Will Cut You Because I Have Deep Self Confidence Issues and No Class” tour.

Rapper, Common, had organized a charity concert event that benefited his foundation focused on empowering and developing urban youth. Kanye West showed up (why is he still being invited to public events?) and we all know he was going to diva-out again. Vibe reports the many onlookers stood in shock as he threw a fit like a child over chicken.

The rapper was allegedly upset over his not being offered food while in the dressing room backstage. After spotting a man eating chicken, West blurted, “Why wasn’t I offered chicken? You want me to perform for free, [and] everyone is eating… why am I not eating?”

When the waitress explained that he never asked for food, ‘Ye yelled, “Well, I’m asking now!” After receiving chicken, he allegedly proceeded to take a bite and then throw the rest in the trash. Meanwhile, the rapper’s beau Amber Rose, stood silent, while other celebrities backstage watched in awe.

Oy. I can just here him tapping away at some justification ridden statement in all caps about his chicken issues. Someone get cans of Lysol ready because we all know his statement is going to be full of poo.

'Jon & Kate Plus 8' to Become Just 'Kate Plus 8'

Kate Gosselin has always made it clear that, despite her divorce from Jon, the show must go on -- and it will, but without Jon. Starting Nov. 2, "Jon & Kate Plus 8" will be rechristened "Kate Plus Eight." In a press release sent to ABCNews.com on Tuesday, TLC announced that it was adapting the show to evolve with the changes in the Gosselin family.

The release said TLC will continue its exclusive relationship with Jon but that he would appear less often on the show. The relaunched show will focus more on Kate Gosselin and her journey as a single mother of eight -- 5-year-old sextuplets and 8-year-old twins. "Given the recent changes in the family dynamics, it only makes sense for us to refresh and recalibrate the program to keep pace with the family," TLC president Eileen O'Neill said in the statement. "The family has evolved and we are attempting to evolve with it; we feel that Kate's journey really resonates with our viewers."

TLC also announced that it was developing a new project for Kate slated for 2010.

The couple made their separation official on an episode of the show that aired in June. TLC says they are in divorce proceedings but Jon Gosselin is seeking a delay according to In Touch Weekly. The magazine is reporting that Jon has submitted court papers to suspend the divorce proceedings for 90 days.

He tells In Touch that "even though we were heading for a divorce, it appeared that Kate had been suffering from this divorce as much as I had. That's why I asked my attorney to put the brakes on this divorce so I could try to regain control over the future of our family. So Kate and I could join on a cooperative course that would benefit our family — not destroy it."

Jon and Kate were scheduled to be officially divorced by the end of November, but now he says, "I regret my conduct since Kate and I separated. I used poor judgment in publicly socializing with other women so soon."

Mark Jay Heller, Gosselin's attorney says that Jon wants the document to be a sort of peace treaty: "He is hoping to inspire his wife to become less rigid, inflexible and controlling and open up. We're hoping Jon and Kate can sit down together and start exploring what to do about their situation."

Kate: 'This is Difficult'
Kate Gosselin recently spoke out about how it was "difficult" to see her estranged husband canoodle with other women in front of their eight children, but that she would continue to star in the reality show that includes Jon Gosselin and the kids because "every job comes with a price."

"This is definitely -- I'm not going to lie -- this is difficult," Gosselin said on ABC's "The View" earlier this month about adjusting to her new life as a single mother, including seeing Jon's girlfriends around her children.

Gosselin said despite the round-the-clock coverage of her family and regularly being hounded by the paparazzi, she had no plans to quit the "Jon & Kate Plus 8" reality show because "I'm a single mom and I need a paycheck."

We didn't go into this saying I want to be a huge celebrity. My focus is I want to support my children," she said while guest co-hosting the chat show.

Furthermore, she said, even if she did stop making the show, the public would still be interested in her personal life. "So many people say just stop and pull out. … I could stop and I'd still have all the flack," she said.

Though Jon has been seen dating other women since the couple separated, including current girlfriend Hailey Glassman (daughter of Kate's onetime plastic surgeon), Kate said she is not currently interested in dating.

"I'm so not worried about that," she said of meeting a man.

Jon Gosselin swiped $230,000 from the joint checking account he shares with his soon-to-be ex-wife, Kate Gosselin alleged on TV today.

“He took $230,000 of the $231,000 we had,” Kate said on "The Today Show" today. “I have a stack of bills. The last thing I wanted was to do this show and end up not being able to pay our bills.”

Kate admitted that earlier this year she took $100,000 out of the account for safe keeping, but replaced it because of a separation agreement forbidding them from taking money from the account without authorization from the other person.

“I removed it to keep it safe,” she told Meredith Vieira. “I had taken $100,000 and put it aside safely so I could buy my kids food if needed.”

Kate also said she can't sleep and she's worried about her former husband, who no longer shares billing in the title of the pair's TLC show, now called "Kate Plus Eight."

“He has gone way far off the trail. ... Obviously, I am very upset. I can’t sleep at night. I can’t pay my bills. I think he’s receiving bad advice. I think he’s making bad decisions.”

Kate also said, despite claims Jon made last week on CNN's "Larry King Live," that the children enjoy having their day-to-day lives filmed by TLC's crews.

“There was wailing and sobbing [when they were told filming would stop for 90 days],” she said, adding that the children “love our crew. They are angry.”

Jon requested the hiatus so he could "forge a friendship" with Kate.
