Tyra lets her 'real' hair down
Tyra Banks revealed her "real hair" today on the season premiere of The Tyra Show, which now airs on The CW Network at 4:00 p.m. Tyras Banks: "I feel like it's my responsibility to redefine true beauty, so I've shown myself with no makeup and now I'm showing my real hair - and it's all because I want more women to be proud of who they are...inside and out."

Tyra, who entered the studio with dripping wet hair, also invited studio audience members on stage to touch and feel her "real hair" during the taping to ensure it was in fact real.
By the end of the show, her hair stylist Oscar james had given her a cute curly 'do minus about three inches and she looked just fine.

I don't get why people are bugged.
She said she was gonna kick off by walkin out without a weave (real hair). She did.
I don't remember reading any promos saying she was going natural on her curl, or not gonna wear makeup or anything else.I say I don't remember reading because I don't even watch the talk show. I've seen it maybe 3 times.
But I don't miss Model.

People just won't be happy till she come out lookin like Oprah in Color Purple. Lawd.

i mean really...she took her weave out. a million sistas do it every day. it's not like she had have surgery to get it taken out. take it off and hang it up. on a side note, why are all the white ladies in the audience so happy?

My mother pulled off her wig during Christmas dinner 2 years ago and my family is still talking about that crap She was trying to prove how "down to earth" she is, since she has a rep of being stuck up in our family.

It worked, but I was praying for her to put that crap back on!
