...out the door- what the heck is wrong with these parents- i'm watching Toddlers and tiaras and this black mom just had her black child spray tanned? and this white mom had her daughter spray tanned 4 coats. and they put these babies in front of a cold fan to dry and this one kid was shivering about to cry.


...where is child protective services?? what is this world coming to? who tells these folks its OK to do this??
