My father used to be a complete and utter computer illiterate. But for his work he could no longer avoid having to work on one. He did not take any courses but managed to master all the important graphic programs by just hauling his ass and doing it.
His initials are P.C.M and after he learned that a Mac was way easier to work with than a P.C (although he got the hang of that one as well) he jokingly referred to him self as PCMacDaddy I just like Mac's, period; hence MacDaddy

imago
It has two definitions. One is an idealized image that one forms of the perfect human being--normally our 'imagos' are our mothers because they're the first people who become aware of in childhood. This image lives with us subconciously the rest of our lives. The second definitions is that of an insect in it's adult stage in life. I just found the dichotomy between the idealized image of a human formed early in life, and the notion of an adult insect that is ready to breed, suck blood, and kill....well, I found that combination humerous. I used the title 'imago' in various forms since well before the org days.

When I came across this site 5 years ago, my intention was something witty, cute, Prince- related yet... me. So after I found out that everything I came up with was thought of by someone else first, I started typing radomly and came up with what I have now. Much to my surprise ( and utter frustration at this point) Purpleispassion was also taken! So I changed the 's' to a 'z'.
Some orgers have used PIP as an abbreviation. [Edited 9/7/09 16:52pm] Shake....shake, shake, shake.

In 1996 I was living and working in Thailand. I chose Bohemian as part of my hotmail address. I had been travelling a lot, had fallen in love with Prague and a Bohemian restuarant I had visited in Czech and the name just kind of stuck. 13 years later I still use it as an alias but I have some others too.
