I know these mountains, I forget their exact name... but they are near Lake Louise in Alberta Canada. We drive by this exact place to get there. Actually I believe it is on our drive towards Banff. rose

It's very, very, very uncomfortable for me lol Same for pools. I love swimming but after a while they scare me disbelief

I can't stand baths. First of all, my body doesn't react very well to prolonged heat. I can't deal with baths, saunas, hot tubs, sun bathing, etc (hence I will probably live in Upstate NY forever).Second of all, I am not into sitting in my own filth.

To relax, I like to find a comedic television program. Laughter always relaxes me.

according to my psychology textbook.

If you want physical relaxation you should do some mental effort.

The extended heat thing I can understand, but if your body at any given time is dirty enough that bathing it would produce a vat of "filth," then you've got bigger issues than mere relaxation challenges. lol

Seriously, though... I get the gist of what you're saying. I know people who quickly shower to get clean and then soak in a tub to relax.

I LOVE long, hot baths! mushy A nice tub has actually been the chief selling feature in certain places I've rented.

well u must be pretty dirty, since i bath daily there's not much dirt 2 sit in besides halfway through i let the "dirty" water out and put more in
dirt is all around us that's far more worse than taking a bath and u can't live in a bubble
As long as we keep our luv strong we'll never shed no tears

there are many things i do depending on my mood to relax: take a long hot steamy shower with my husband wink , listen to my fave. music, read a great book, take a nap, go for a morning walk before it gets too hot outside. watch an old classic movie, or classic tv shows like i love lucy, or golden girls lol . go have a massage, hair done, nails, etc....or just go to the beach and sit there and watch the power of the mighty waves crashing..... smile
