This is just beautiful...and an inspiration...that the belief and value in marriage as an institution between a man and a woman who love each other...is still the way to go...rather than the 'hooking up' culture for short term pleasure...

Off the top of my head I can think of 7 or 8. And there are also long-term live-in partnerships that haven't gone the legally-married route.

Thanks to everyone for the congrats and good wishes. I showed the thread to her last night when she got in from work and she shed a little tear. She couldn't believe there were all these lovely people here wishing us well. She was certainly touched.

So, she knows you don't all bite and she might pop in and post one day, but she never really posted much in the past, which makes it even luckier that we ever met at all. biggrin
