It does work, my waxer chic uses it...
Cost in the US is about $110... She said it makes your eyelids itch so she doesn't use it everyday, she does every other day so she won't be so irritated... I'm thinking about it but my eyes can be pretty sensitive, not sure I wanna pay for them to be irritated    I never met you, but I LOVE you & I will forever!!
