I need help in teaching my guys to respect women. A friend of mine is coming to that exact dilemma at the moment. Her boys have learned from the attitude of their father she is currently shaking up her family and re-educating them that SHE IS NOT THEIR SLAVE.
I don't want that to happen to me! I need to lay some good foundations in self-sufficience NOW. Boys grow to resent and disrespect their mother if, when they come to the age where they need to differentiate themselves, they are so utterly dependent on her. Back in the olden days men had coming of age rites, and hung out with older men that taught them stuff. It's just not like that now

PHYSICALLY
I would like to improve my overall fitness, I know how to do it, I just have to do these thing:
1. find my F@#$ing ipod, so I can jump on the trampoline to a few songs each day
2. Call my friend Kelly and make her do aquarobics with me twice a week
3. buy a skipping rope and jump to a few songs each day too
I'm pretty sure if I do these things I will feel a lot better physically they aren't even HARD things!!!!
