Am I the only person who works with really ignorant people who will call the boss at home and stir up drama with some high school tattletale behavior?

Last week I had to endure questioning because of these types of coworkers trying to start shit.

Is it no wonder that I loathe my job!

I've been through the same thing. Just watch what you say to others and keep them out of your business.

there is a co-worker that is being plotted against by management. They are trying to find a loophole to fire her. all. the. time.

she was out for a dr visit and my unprofessional management had an open office door convo about her. My gut says call her and warn her. But that bitch would pull me under that bus right with her. She's done it before. I tried to look out for her once and her ungrateful ass KEEPS throwing my name into convo with her bosses, that are trying to fire her.

Sorry, my looking out for her back card has been revoked. That bitch can sit out to dry now. She lost all my sympathy. She hasnt learned that no matter how well you do your job, you have no immunity there. Its a matter of time.

I've worked with people like that in the past. Even if you do so much as look at them the wrong way, they're squealing to your boss about it. Which is why I watch everything I do now, to try to avoid the drama. It's not worth it.

OOOOOH.....I hate my coworkers too. They're so damn nosy too. Since we work in tight knit areas, that's all they do.....pry into your business.

I work in a satelite office. There are only 5 of us in the office and we ALWAYS help each other out in everything. Once in a while we have to get someone to help us out, usually the clerks to cover the front desk. They ALWAYS start shit. "Well, you're not supposed to do that. That's not your job."

I F'ING HATE THAT. I tell them that we don't care. Our office runs awesome because we help each other out.

They try to make a problem when there isn't one. The last time my boss got word of it and started asking questions. A huge waste of time.

I have worked at the same place for the same man for 23 years and counting...some trailer trash bitch started working there about 3 years ago, and made my life a living hell. She would make up stories about me, tell my boss that her friend could do my job at half the price, bad mouth me at every corner. Thank god I have a good reputation at work and my boss has been very loyal to me and vice versa, he fired her trailer trash ass within months.

i keep my personal life out of the workplace as much as possible, and this is one of the reasons. i just assume everyone i work with is a tattletale blabbermouth. it doesn't mean i can't be civil or nice to my co-workers, or that I can't like them. But it would take a miracle to make me actually TRUST someone I work with. I think it's just safer that way.
