Woman generally want safety and stability for their children, so they tend more into "serious" one partner relationships, to make a better future for their offspring.

In the 1960's their was a big change. the so called sexual revolution. woman wanted to have equal rights as men. Same jobs, same behaviour, their own orgasm. but not everybody evolved that way, so there we have a different kind of view of how it should be done. fukkie fukkie around or just a plain single relationship.

because of those different ways of raising our children. those children also look different to how sex should be done.

Personally i believe that if you want as much sexual encounters as possible (men/woman or whatever combination with those 2 or more is possible.
Go for it and mayby i will give you an award for it as well.

If people make comments about your behavior. most likely they are jealous and don't have the guts to do what you want. And if you do it, do it safe

Yes, there is a double-standard, and not just with quantity of partners that a woman has but with AGE as well.

Look at the way Cher, Demi Moore and Madonna have oft been villified for their young partners, while men are almost expected to have younger partners.

I think that we've come a long way towards easing those double standards, but there's more equality still to be gained.

That being said; let's not lose sight of the fact that there IS such a thing as a whore (male or female). People whose obsession with sex takes precedence over their daily lives and even health.

Especially these days. There's a double standard at work which doesn't favour women but that's just the way it is. Women are judged "more harshly" for sexual escapades because they potentially have more to lose than men.

Nature gives men near absolute freedom in which they are quite free to merely enjoy sex and not hang around for children. For women, sex is a riskier not least because she is inviting someone to invade her body, and leave a deposit that could have far reaching implications.
