Probably about every 2 months, but I think it just depends on when I remember. Could be 3 months or could be just a month. Just whenever I see one that's cool and colourful and catches my eye and wins over my excitable brain.

just don't change that toothpaste tube

A good thing to do is ask your dentist at your next dental check up and teeth cleaning session.
