I remember when those bulky, black, dorky Buddy Holly glasses were all the rage a few years ago. To me, they actually made people look worse, yet people were paying good money to wear them? I just dont understand fashion LOL  I understand what you're saying but do you do that with all of the clothes you wear too? Your specs are an extension of the image that you want to project of yourself, in fact moreso than your wardrobe as they're the only thing that you wear constantly and as they're on your face people look at them as they're talking to you. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm absolutely no fashionista, opting more for what suits me rather than the latest fashions (which is also how I choose my glasses) but, personally I don't understand people who aren't bothered about the glasses they wear. To each, their own I guess..  I'm not stopping. I haven't even taken my coat off

I'm too cheap right now to go back to contacts too.....so I'm never without my glasses. I wanna get those Dailies contacts for occasional contact wearing. I remember I had some Laura Ashley rimless glasses in high school. I'm wearing a pair of Mykita Arthur frames at the moment. Nice and light, and no screws to work their way out!
