how did sookie & bill get to disenchant tara? and does that mean they can also cure the whole town? Bill glamours Tara, while Sookie reads deep into her mind. That's all AB...It doesn't happen like that in the books at all. I'm firmly planted in denial

That's why she has to keep feeding them to make them more suseptable (sp) to her control. Location: Inside your mind, don't you hear me talking to you?

I think this was the worst episode ever; certainly the worst of the season.
First, Maryann's... uh... "enchantees" were lame. They partied moderately hard, but they weren't ecstatic, as Maryann described. I mean, they should've been like the zombies in 28 Days Later!!! But here they are holding intelligible, even civil, conversation, playing video games, bargaining with Jason and Sam. Next, can Bill ever do anything? He walks into the sun to help Sookie and he fries; he tries to save Sookie's life and ends up on trial and with a vamp protege he can't handle; he can't help Sookie when she's attacked in the woods; he accompanies Sookie to Dallas and ends up held hostage; he escapes and runs to save her to find out Eric already has; he's not there to protect Sookie during the bombing; he's negligent enough that Eric can trick Sookie into taking his blood; his girl's now got eyes for Eric; he bites into Maryann and his face melts; he is so powerless to glamour Tara that he's eventually literally pleading with her to obey! And think about this: Whenever he's physically taking charge of a situation, it's with much less powerful humans or vamps that he's sneak attacked. Geez! I wonder if AB realizes how much he's making Bill look like a punk!?!? It was cool to see him take charge at Jessica's house earlier this season, but I'd like to see one episode where Bill is kicking MAJOR butt, saving the day and not getting wimped out by anyone. ...And I won't even mention how bad the dialogue was this week. Oh well, this is the first episode I've hated. I'd say the record is still quite good. [Edited 8/24/09 20:05pm] Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου

Oh well, this is the first episode I've hated. I'd say the record is still quite good. [Edited 8/24/09 19:43pm] After I laughed at the "face melting", I thought- "U're right!" As time goes on, tho, I find Sookie more and more irritating. She tries to come off like Supergirl, but looks like an extra on "Leave it to Beaver". That sundress and ponytail a couple of weeks ago/last week were killing me! I know she's the main character and all, but lines like, "I left before and look what happened" annoy me! Like she could have single-handedly stopped Maryanne. I find myself saying "Shut up" when she speaks now. Maryanne kept saying "What are You?" Yes, please- reveal something to us. Because right now she's just an annoying chick who lusts after vampires and butts in everywhere. IMO "Love Hurts. Your lies, they cut me. Now your words don't mean a thing. I don't give a damn if you ever loved me..." -Cher, "Woman's World"

I'll admit I still watch due to the possibility of nudity.
Last episode they killed off the only character with any depth. (Godrich) Latest episode was fun with Jason, but the show is still a throwaway overall. Compare this to Six Feet Under. Pardon the pun, but Alan Ball is drained of creativity at this point. He can do meaningless TV, but nothing that will inspire anything but a fleeting boner. Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it. |

Ash might have some competition. LOL. I killed myself laughing during that scene where he was the god that returned. looking for you in the woods tonight Switch FC SW-2874-2863-4789 (Rum&Coke)

She's done a good job. But I do hope she's gone by the end of this season. Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου

The other thing I hated (I think, they have a way of showing things happen and then going back on them the next week) was the new vampire biting the boyfriends mother. They had the other storyline with any actual character depth. I have a feeling she didn't really bite her, but it trying to scare her.
