Best Email Providers?

Started with Hotmail a long time ago, switched to Yahoo.

Now I am getting tired of Yahoo. Seems to time-out a lot and a lot of spam.

Anyone have recommendations on some better providers out there?

Thanks in advance. biggrin (sorry i know this is a boring topic)
