i'm not a West Indian, but i laughed. mind you, the patois was pretty thick for a white boy like me-- i only understood about half of it.

Me being Grenadian, I can tell u that Grenadians and St. Lucians have the same accent though.
I don't know Bermudians and Antiguans accent.
But Trini have their own and Bajan too.
Most of the islands have their own accent, some mixed with french, creole and patios.
