I just took a delicious-ass nap

And I don't know why but every time I take a nap, I wake up very, very, very sad and emo It's actually rather amusing. Sometimes I even wake up with tears in my eyes

Is this normal? Or is it just my fucked up mind playing with me?

I can't remember the last time I woke up from a nap feeling good. I'm usually like 10x more tired than before and dizzy with a slight headache

Naps do me no good, if I nap, I call it quits for the day. I feel all messed up and kind of trashed. ~Smile.

I rarely fall asleep during the day. If I do, that usually means I am coming down with something, like the flu... etc.

I believe some people are just nappers and some are not.

actually, whenever i wake up, i feel optimistic for at least the first 10 to 30 seconds i am first awake. i wish i could be half-awake all the time. i'd be a much cheerier person.

Sometimes my ass just NEEDS a nap in the middle of the afternoon.

Unless I am really sick I cannot fall asleep during the day no matter how tired I may be. Already when I was a small child and my parents or the people at kindergarten wanted to to take naps it never worked. I have no difficulty at all to fall asleep in the evening though.
