I think that people like that should be used 2 test new medicines and vaccines instead of using lab rats, rabbits and monkeys. Lets face it the only reason they use those animals is 2 get an idea of how the drugs would effect humans, so use these wasters. If they discover a cure 4 something then they have given something back and if not, if they die or go blind or whatever... Who cares?
It might also be an idea 2 use them as crash test dummies like I heard Volvo did during the war. Out of those test came side impact bars and airbags. OK so I'm not 100% sure about that it's just something I heard a while ago but it's a damn good idea anyway.
